The idea behind the site Spanking Veronica Works is that Veronica Ricci gets a new job in each episode and always spanks someone on her job, and often gets spanked as well. The show “Handmaid’s Tale” on Hulu is quite compelling and thought-provoking. In a nutshell, it is set in the slight future where babies are harder to produce and a religious sector takes over the United States and makes women second class citizens, much like they were made to be many years ago.

There is a commander who is a driving force behind this crazy society – and his wife who once helped their revolution, now is his “wife” in the oldest (they suggest Biblical) sense – in that she is not permitted to work or act on any of her own thoughts without her husband’s permission. While I was watching Season 2, Episode 8 recently, she defied her husband’s order and tried to help a baby.

When he calls her out, she asks him “what is more important than helping a baby?” He answers “obeying your husband.” Then I’m thinking, “is he going to spank her? This looks like a setup for a spanking scene.”  Sure enough, he has her bend over a chair, he takes off his belt and spanks her, even making the Handmaid who was part of her defiance, watch.

And after, they show her looking at her marked up butt in the mirror. This was not exactly fun to watch for me because I’m only into consentual  spanking. It can be forceful if agreed to in advance (this scene wasn’t).  But check it out if you get Hulu. The show is very powerful and intense. And decide for yourself if this spanking scene is a turn-on or simply another excellent scene to drive the story (and make you despise the commander even more).

When Clare Fonda and I started our company back in the year 2000, we released spanking videos (on VHS tape). Then a few years later, we hit the web. Back then, Band Width for files was VERY expensive so we had to keep files very compressed. The original format (for those of you who may remember) was RM  (real media). You can play those RM files that still exist in some of original scenes that appear on our first 3 sites, Girl Spanks Girl, Spanked Sweeties and Spanked Callgirls, by using the VLC player — which you can get free by downloading HERE.

Of course file formats continue to change over the years, and WMV (Windows Media) was the next mainstay. Nearly all of the files on all 7 of our sites are available in the WMV format.  The older WMV files were lower resolution, but as space of the internet became more affordable, the WMV files start to appear in high resolution (thus bigger files).

When you reach the update that will include the mobile version of this scene, here’s hoping it works on ALL androids

Next came MP4 (which is more MAC friendly). This meant making WMV and MP4 (in full clip only) formats available to members. Next came mobile files. As more and more members watch the sites on their phones, mobile versions (again only for full clips) needed to be made available. Initially, my editing software could make a low resolution version of the full scenes that worked on both iPhones and Androids. Those file options exist on all of the sites in scenes released the last couple of years.

But I recently got a new computer with upgraded editing software. It makes high resolution MP4 files that work on iPhones, but only some Androids.

This is a long way of saying that if use an Android phone to watch clips, some of the recent updates may sputter a bit at first (only on your Android, not your computer or iPhone) – but if you try them a second time, they usually play smoothly.  I’m working on this issue (though it only impacts select Android phone members who use their phone to view full clips) and hope to resolve it before the next strange file format appears.
